Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)

Members of the local community pay a fee at the beginning of the growing season to meet a farm's operating expenses for the upcoming season. In return, these memebers or "shareholders" receive a portion of the farm's produce each week throughout the growing season. Contact your local CSA and subscribe to receive your fresh produce.

Great Salt Lake Resource Conservation & Development, specifically, Jeff Williams, has been a champion in the development of Community Supported Agriculture in Utah and continues to be their most ardent supporter. You can go to their website for more CSA information.

We are a certified Raw milk dairy, Farmstead Artisan Cheesemakers, Learning Center and market farmers. We have cows, goats, pigs, chickens, dogs and a cat. We make cheese from our raw Jersey milk, gather fresh eggs daily, love to garden, grow and preserve as much of our food as we can. We have been taking the kids to the local Farmer's Market for several years to sell our eggs, homemade cheese, and extra produce. We have learned so much along the way and become more self-sufficient we just had to share with others. We have recently started teaching cheese-making classes with more classes to come.
