Associated Retail Stores Build the Utah's Own Program Contest

In this difficult economy, it is important that we keep as much of our own money in our state as we can.  It helps keep Utahans employed and that helps all of us.  We may not be able to do much to help Wall Street but we can help Utah's Main Street.

You can do something for our economy!

You can do something about our current economy by simply looking for and buying Utah produced products at your local Associated Retail Stores.  Just as our jingle says,

"When you buy Utah, made and grown

You’re keeping it here at home

Helping to bring prosperity

To your neighbors and friends and families."

This message needs to be heard by as many people as possibile so that's how you can help build our economy; simply sign up as many of your friends and family as you can to receive our email messages.  Our messages will encourage them to help our local economy by buying products made and grown right here in Utah.

It couldn't be any simpler or any more helpful.

Recruit new consumer members for the Utah's Own program and win grocery money from Associated Retail Stores.

Contest Winners

The Utahs Own member that recruits the greatest number of new email registrations will be the contest winner. There will be 11 monthly winners and one grand prize winner.

Monthly Prize

The monthly winner is the member who recruits and submits the greatest number of new email members within a contest month (A minimum of 10 emails are required to award monthly prizes). Contest submissions will accumulate throughout the contest and count toward the grand prize.

Grand Prize

The grand prize winner is the member who has recruited the greatest number of new members over the entire contest period (A minimum of 100 emails are required to be submitted by winner for the grand prize to be awarded.)

Prizes

Each monthly winner will receive a $100 coupon redeemable for groceries at Associated Retail Stores.

The grand prize winner will receive a $1,000 coupon redeemable for groceries at Associated Retail Stores.

In the event of ties, winners will be selected in a random drawing.

Contest period

The contest begins on Feb 1, 2009 and ends on December 31, 2009

All contest participants must be a resident of Utah and all contest email registrations must be for individuals who reside in Utah
