COMMUNITY SUPPORTED AGRICULTURE (CSA's)

Members of the local community pay a fee at the beginning of the growing season to meet a farm's operating expenses for the upcoming season. In return, these memebers or "shareholders" receive a portion of the farm's produce each week throughout the growing season.  Contact your local CSA and subscribe to receive your fresh produce.

Great Salt Lake Resource Conservation & Development, specifically, Jeff Williams, has been a champion in the development of Community Supported Agriculture in Utah and continues to be their most ardent supporter.  You can go to their website for more CSA information.
